back staff were very organized
hardworking and care about patients
My team is a team player no doubt about that , we care for our patients , our first priority to patient coming to our with fear , get out with a laugh , happyness etc
Our team shows up everyday excited to provide excellent patient care. Through morning huddles and monthly office reviews we are constantly focused on why we do we do - and how we can make it even better!
the relationships we have. Everyone leans in where they need to.
Care about patients and each other more than the company

Team works well and efficient
We are a team in every sense of the term.
An ear to talk to when
We help each other,Teamwork. We can laugh and still get the job done in time to have patience. friendly to our patient outside our office manager
That we were actually a team before all this
We're a family. We go in, do our jobs, and go home. We don't argue. We all understand each other's strengths and weaknesses.
Communication and working with others, being a team player.
Everyone so unhappy because they're constantly being harassed for something they probably didn't even do. I see people get treated badly for something that honestly didn't ever happen. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.
Morning huddles should be postive and energizing but they make the whole team feel like were against each other and always doing something wrong
Review from Admin Dept
Communication not being two faced and talking down to everyone
Managment needs to be fired
They are all over worked and underpaid Morale is insanely low
Actually be educated and versed in dentistry. Some nominal interest in the field is at a minimum required. The lack of knowledge and care is reckless.
Catty, toxic behavior is well tolerated and encouraged. If you hire people who are dedicated to their jobs, this wouldn't be as pervasive. Unfortunately you'd need to be able to attract those quality candidates, and you'd have to actually be able to retain them.
Review from Operations Dept
The work environment is very stressful and some coworkers don’t know how to ha Nile the stress so they take it out on others. I think it would be helpful if management sat down with employeees to see how thins are going and list
