Aspen Dental Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is the only good

Short and long term insurance for sickness ,also my Vacation

Its unlimited. Work hard. Enjoy the benefits

In my part of the country, it is more than average and the health benefits are very good as well plus discounted dental plan.

Review from HR Dept

Rewards my work now and for the future.

Review from HR Dept

Everything about it is very fair.

company 401k match is a great benefit

I felt I was appreciated in all areas.

It is comprehensive with medical, dental, hsa, 401k, life insurance ect.

They match 401k, you have 3 tiers to choose from for medical insurance, they provide a $25,000 life insurance plan even if you don't sign up for benefits. I get three weeks of paid vacay plus PTO days.

Finally having Health insurance for myself.

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits are more affordable than my previous job

health benefits PTO Dental care

Review from Customer Support Dept

Options are essential to comfortability

Review from Operations Dept

We have great health insurance as well as vision.

Review from Admin Dept

My 401k package is more than legitmate and the percentage match is also great.

Review from Customer Support Dept

chance at bonus each month

Review from Admin Dept

My medical insurance is great and my pay is also fairly high (for me) along with monthly bonuses.

The retirement plan and the medical benefits

Review from Admin Dept

Unlimited depending on your performance!

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They lie about the money they're gonna pay you they lie about things you did, and said, I believe they honestly make stuff up. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. The turnover is unbelievable. It's like a swinging door of people going in and out.

Due to my skin color, I was undervalued.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better pay and equality! New managment

Review from Operations Dept

When I am asked to wotk extra hours because they gave a holiday off but extended other days , adding more and more work and duties and not giving bonus or incentives

Review from Admin Dept

Treated with zero consideration just expected to be a yes girl & keep the profits coming in at all 3 levels with disregard to all ethics

Benefits are just standard, which is only disappointing because we're a consumer healthcare company

Feel almost 100 percent undervalued

Too much work not paid enough Crocked management

They abuse you with unsustainable workload Put staff and patients at risk by scheduling too many people, not having time to clean properly or maintain equipment and instruments. Sad place

I am simply a number, they set the quotas, they adjust the procudures and codes. I am merely a breathing pawn.

Managers will pressure you to work through your lunch or off the clock. They will call you at home after hours to discuss patients on your personal time. You will be forced to volunteer your personal time for company events. Mandatory even though unpaid.

Review from Operations Dept

Overworked underpaid no appreciation given overbooked sad place

A higher pay for as much work as a dental assistant does. Better insurance covers as far as health less the deductible.

Wiuldve neen a little better if we got paid a little mode

The cost of living is very high in Houston. And base pay as an assistant isn’t very nic

I was lied to the whole time I was there. Never could use my PTO

Actually pay people for their time at the company

I would like to see more affordable health insurance plans and a 401 k plan that matches up to 5 percent.

Review from Admin Dept

I work very hard, I work a lot of hours, and I put my heart into my work. Dental assistants, like myself, are not paid a fair wage.

Review from Operations Dept

There is an unfair promotion process based on favorites so it makes it impossible to advance
