Except for redoing prior dentists work for free and doing too many hygiene appts free, and too many didcounted crowns so so.

Being let go because Jon Thorne didn't like me. Personally & because i pointed out his mistakes! HIPPPA? lol

Always understaffed and over worked. Rately get a lunch break

No dental benefits for root canals AT A DENTAL COMPANY? C'mon. Offer no dental insurance and if they have no specialist in your market, you're out of luck.

To my understanding, there were several others hired the same time i was but i got paid and was offered less than they were. I did not get hired and interviewed for the job i actually applied for.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone really gets along and we help each other.

For the most part most of my coworkers are quite lovely and fun to work with even during stressful times. They're the biggest reason I keep going. I enjoy that I can have fun with them and still get the job done.

We all help each other out. We are part of the leadership role

Some are okay and some are horrifying.

Collaboration here is sometimes effective.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communicate with each other and stop watching tik toks in their phones

They need better training in all aspects

We could work on managing their time efficiency

Co workers need to stop gossiping. Starting with the managers! I believe someone from hire ups in the company needs to go speak to the office.

Everyone needs to be nicer to one another and not try to grab for power.

The most positive thing in the whole building is the peds manager. Keep in mind im on GA side.

You are trauma bonded with your co-workers, doctors, assistants and front office staff.

Replace the lazy, misogynistic executive team and their minions.

Have a more diverse set of ideas. Allow remote work.

I think the company culture needs to change I do not think that your employees need to be ridiculed by being yelled at from your managers nor do I feel that there is any respect for anyone in that office coming from the manager

honesty, integrity, work/life balance for employees

Get a new C suite and don’t

They sell services they don't need to make their numbers. My manager even admitted it to me. You don't need a bridge or a root canal most of the time just a cavity fill but they will not tell you that. Stop lying and price gouging, my dentist has told me they are the highest in the industry.
