Except for redoing prior dentists work for free and doing too many hygiene appts free, and too many didcounted crowns so so.

No dental benefits for root canals AT A DENTAL COMPANY? C'mon. Offer no dental insurance and if they have no specialist in your market, you're out of luck.

To my understanding, there were several others hired the same time i was but i got paid and was offered less than they were. I did not get hired and interviewed for the job i actually applied for.
Everyone really gets along and we help each other.
For the most part most of my coworkers are quite lovely and fun to work with even during stressful times. They're the biggest reason I keep going. I enjoy that I can have fun with them and still get the job done.
We all help each other out. We are part of the leadership role

I think the company culture needs to change I do not think that your employees need to be ridiculed by being yelled at from your managers nor do I feel that there is any respect for anyone in that office coming from the manager

Get a new C suite and don’t
They sell services they don't need to make their numbers. My manager even admitted it to me. You don't need a bridge or a root canal most of the time just a cavity fill but they will not tell you that. Stop lying and price gouging, my dentist has told me they are the highest in the industry.
