I basically answer to one person, the owner-dentist. Who happens to lead by example and treats us great. We are fast-paced, its exhausting, but we are shown appreciation.

Training staff and communication. No support from management outside of the office

Cut throat even for people who want to work

Cut throat, everyone against each other. No one is an employee everyone is a contractor. They bring you in an tell you what you want to hear and then let you go in 3-6 months when the project is over. We hire 30 Plus a week because our turn over rate.
