I have work for a lot of terrible places and boss on my way to my current position but this place is a snake pit. Hope you have thick skin and another job lined up.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its apparent if you are not in the inter circle you, are laid off.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and positive the manager made it seem like a bright outlook.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Your opinion does not matter it is only what the C-Suite wants to do. The phone project is one of them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Cut throat, everyone against each other. No one is an employee everyone is a contractor. They bring you in an tell you what you want to hear and then let you go in 3-6 months when the project is over. We hire 30 Plus a week because our turn over rate.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They sell services they don't need to make their numbers. My manager even admitted it to me. You don't need a bridge or a root canal most of the time just a cavity fill but they will not tell you that. Stop lying and price gouging, my dentist has told me they are the highest in the industry.
