I love Paragon because I have the best manager who leads by example, listens and is very influential by the way he carries himself. I have absolutely no complaints other than what happens when contracts end & the uncertainty of continued employment.

Accomplishing project tasks and activities.

Everyone can work independently to complete their tasks in a timely manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager listens to my concerns, and everyone has a productive attitude

The support for education and the attempt to provide raises/bonuses even when it becomes difficult to do so.

The best part is my salary, I know the type of employee I am and finally I am paid my worth!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are team players. We all are adults, have families and take pride in producing results and receiving appreciation for our efforts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are normal, everyday people that are easy to interact with & I feel comfortable going to them whenever. I dont feel beneath them I feel apart of the family!
What makes you most happy at work?
Producing results that satisfy my customers and being a positive representation of Paragon. If I represent Paragon in a strong way, then that will potentially bring more clients/customers for the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not put anyone above them. Its a way more enjoyable environment when people are accpeted for being themselves and ideas are valued! The work life balance makes it enjoyabel to work knowing that I have flexibility for my family. Thank you!!!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peace of mind and the ability to be flexible to care for my family. I love that I am trusted enough to work and tend to my family needs as they may come about. There is absolutely no micro managing and its hard to find that in a company.
