I feel comfortable contacting leadership if I have a problem or issue I'd like to discuss.

I appreciate that leadership asks for feedback from employees and seems to take action based on the feedback. Everyone is helpful and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't take the health insurance, but I believe the company has "eaten" increases for several years. I like that we've gotten bonuses and extra money put into our 401K.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team lead is helpful and honest. He shows appreciation to the team and tries to keep us interacting though most of us work remotely. Our team members are thoughtful and willingly help one another when needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I respect and appreciate that Paragon offers such a great benefits package. It's amazing that the company has not increased medical insurance premiums, although the costs have increased to Paragon. I appreciate leadership is willing to search for the best benefit packages available.
