What makes you most happy at work?
I truly love the team I am working with currently, the government lead is the absolute best I have ever worked for and the support staff are knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and care about you as a co-worker and a person.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have all the regular benefits, holidays, sick time, paid time off and receive yearly raises that the company is able to give or bonuses. Paragon makes you feel like you are important to the success of the company and that to me is a benefit.
