I feel like since we have been a part of Parkland, we are number. We have lost the local distributor feel. I used to be able to talk with ownership very easily and felt quite valued. Now, I rarely get to see/hear from any high ups and I am constantly wondering how I am doing and how I am thought of.

The time I get to work with my customers and talk about possible solutions to issues they may be having.

I feel that we all want each other to succeed and are willing to provide help and assistance where needed or asked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The job is not boring. It is more chaotic and busy than anything. Very, very fast paced and at times very overwhelming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team challenges us and pushes towards growth and improvement. However, I feel that there is not enough focus on current business we have and maintaining and cultivating current relationships!!
