Overall I enjoy my job. I would appreciate more incentives / more vacation days. I do put in my all when I am at work and think we need to be treated a little better with pay.. I know everyone wants that! But we work hard and a commission would be nice - based off my hard work!

Working with positive people is the best reason to keep coming to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very positive. We have stressful days but we seem to handle those days very well..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if there were a commission attached to the hard work I put in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along and care about each other. We ask about their families and weekends and they ask about mine and actually listen and remember. Very outgoing and fun to be around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We can all have a good time and get our work done at the same time. We have fun yet work hard! If something is done wrong they teach the correct way while being nice about it too.
