It could be so much better. So many directives get passed down from the top and even though most managers disagree with the directive or think it is pointless, they still pass it down to the team. Our director of operations does whatever he wants and is only our for personal gain.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees and taking action when they say they will. Too much focus on sales and no focus on operations or customer service. Too focused on the bottom line.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less meetings and conference calls, unless operations is involved in those calls and meetings and is held to the same standards as the sales team. I would like more time to actually do my job.
