When I was hired here, everyone greeted me and was so kind. Over the years, I feel all employees and management have grown into a successful team and become a happy work family. I can honestly say, this IS the BEST work environment I have ever been in.

They are social and kind. always seem happy and not too many cranky teammates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always listen! Very kind and are interested in all employees being the best with training and working as a team. making sure everyone is truly happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
no, I really don't feel undervalued. Compensation is always a good thing. However, my role is paid higher in other companies. I willingly accept my wage as it truly enjoy the company I work at.
