I have started from the bottom as a cashier and climbed the ladder to where I am today and I couldn't be more happy with how the company pushes you to better yourself. there is really not much I can say that is bad about this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
all of it! I am thankful for it even being offered to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
very family orientated, most of the team members are always there to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
don't get me wrong I LOVE my job! when I work with 2 Debbie downers it makes it tough to come to work some days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they are the first ones to sit back and listen to what the employees have to say but are also the first ones to make the first step to better the team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there is to much complaining about each other, and I am always stuck in the middle. it gets frustrating and some days hard to come to work when I have to listen to it.
