Overall my experience with Parkland has been pleasant, but the work/life balance has been slightly overwhelming. At one point this year I felt that everyday was evolved around work and sleep. I hope I can find a way to continue with the company, but I may decide to pursue different avenues.

Seeing the team working together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is pretty open about the path of the company's future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When it comes to the number of hours I put in I get paid less per hour than my subordinates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There never is any dull moment. On a daily basis, almost on a hourly basis they find something that will need my attention.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We try team building events, but with the lack of work ethics and talent available it makes it hard to establish a good team.
