Our store has only been with Parkland a short while. I feel like we are not getting enough information about the company's policies and what is expected. Like trying to find and use the correct forms, without any real training or guidance. I feel like I am winging it a large part of the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K is good and the 5% matching.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direction and support I get from Sophie & Lorrie.
What makes you most happy at work?
When customers walk in to our store and go "oh wow" or complement us on how nice and/or our store is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team is dedicated in keeping of store clean, well stock and a pleasant place for customer to visit as well as a nice place to work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our store has not been with Parkland long, so we are still learning about the environment with them. I have had great interaction with the human resources department.
