Over the years it gets better every year. Since Parkland took over it has much improved. We are growing as a company and as individuals as well. Job security is more stable knowing that we are growing. I have advanced in the company over the years and they help foster that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all down to earth and seem to care about our well being at work and outside of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With such a small team the majority of my department is always willing to help out and make things a team effort to improve the output of work and reach goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we are learning new items or expanding the knowledge base of our skills. It's nice to know that the company is growing and encouraging us to learn and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the addition of the sick pay and the extra holidays they added this year. I know it's hard to please everyone but they are making an effort to find ways to improve the benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are working hard to improve the contact between the 2 companies at the office and it is getting better every year. I appreciate the effort put in to make us one company/team and all the get togethers that make it possible.
