I love my career, customers, co workers, and executive mgmt. team. I feel if my salary were to increase for mkt value as well as commissions I would be a life member for sure and work from the 10 hrs a day marked to 11 to 12 hours a day

My customers. My co workers. That I sell the best product on the market

Their vision and desire to be the best within the industry while doing things in a safe manner
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People care about their work, each other, the customers, and from time to time we get together outside of work for fun events
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know in my mkt I could make 30-40% more in both salary &commission. To retain great people this is one area that needs to be addressed in a deeper manner as it was one of the lowest rated areas in the survey & when the Exec discussed it, it's not a "as expected everyone wants to get paid more"
