I have always been treated well by my company and hope to be here until retirement. I've witnessed many changes, some good, some questionable, but obviously someone above my pay grade knows the reason behind things and I believe in our leadership to do what's best for our company.

I think in general the majority of the employees want to succeed and see the company succeed.

We all want our branch to succeed. We work well as a team toward common goals. Everyone genuinely cares about each other.
