We collaborate very well and foster a playful and fun environment but we still get our jobs done and done well.

The leadership of Patra is some of the best I've ever worked for. They empower and empathize with all employees, thinking about the big picture for the company and the employees.

Knowing that my voice is heard. Whether it's an idea to improve a process/procedure or an idea to better educate or bring awareness to employees about something. All ideas are listened to and if it makes sense put into action.
