What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although never guaranteed, increases occur annually, as well as a performance bonus, which is something to look forward to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is on a first name basis and are approachable, which is the opposite at alot of companies, where you may never see the leadership/executive team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have the ability to adjust my schedule, if needed and working from home allows autonomy. If an employee needs to take time for themselves or a family member, that support is there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive, offering to help or cover you while out. Also, they are always willing to have a discussion and be a second set of eyes/check your work to ensure accuracy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an employee, I have an open forum to discuss anything without judgement or retaliation. Our DE&I program offers the opportunity for us to be ourselves, speak our minds and educate others at the same time. The support goes across coworkers to managers and upper management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Each interview was structured where the information was given to me, then allowed me to ask questions /offer anything else that was relevant. I have never laughed in an interview before, since they are always scary. From the recruiter up to the CPO, the process was personal and made me comfortable.
