My overall experience has been really positive. I like my leadership team and the people I work with in a day to day capacity. The only feedback I have is that some internal processes can take a log time to turn around.

The support that is shown throughout everything that we do. It's always constructive feedback or looking at how something can be improved as a whole rather than pointing fingers.
