Leadership is always difficult, but trust goes both ways.

Well structured. A good discussion rather than question after question.

The team is solid, always striving to resolve issues and help each other out. It's why I stay.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to take country-based bank holidays when YOU want to is a big benefit. Lots of other little additions are welcome. The bonus scheme is a little underwhelming and not structured; it's at the SLT discretion. This needs fixing.
