It's a common set - one day off for birthday or work anniversary, few hours for well-being etc.

Management compares the current salary to the average on the market in the area, but only based on the job title, not the actual job function. This leads to exotic job titles having no comparison, or job titles undervaluing the person's role.

Trust, there is no micro management because of the trust culture.
There are many people I can call and ask for a help -- just pick up a phone. We meet once a year all together on Payara Retreat.

the TA team ensured communication was relevant and timely and were able to give great advice and information about the role. Having the opportunity to meet a variety of people within the business during interview giving an authentic picture of what it is like to work there
What I liked most about the interview process was how surprisingly relaxed and conversational it felt
The interviewer was patient and took the time to explain, and even help, through the questions and situations we were discussing.
It was years ago -- I met my future manager and I really liked his approach. He was one of the best managers I ever had.
