They seem committed to Peet's success. As opposed to occupying time until the next best opportunity comes along.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The commitment to providing high-quality coffee to their guests is genuine. A safe work environment, no zingers, is largely prevelant.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am worried that I am being denied advancement opportunities because of my age (older). Educate managers on age discrimination and how it manifests itself.
