High overturn rate. Change of management often and replaced with under qualified individuals who know nothing about coffee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits are lack luster for staff who work at Peets as full time or close to fill time. Workers are only seen for their labor and not their entireties by district managers who have never done work within the cafes. Leadership fails at the district level.

People that I’ve had to train we’re being payed more than me yet they were not as qualified as I was for the position.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was one of the only reasons I stayed. They made working so much fun! We knew how to support each other and use our strengths to manifest the highest level of customer care.

What makes you most happy at work?
The Peets staff and customers. Especially my favorite customer that would come in on Friday afternoons! I'm still connected with her now.
