What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview was quick. They don't get stuck on your experience, more your energy.

What makes you most happy at work?

The Peets staff and customers. Especially my favorite customer that would come in on Friday afternoons! I'm still connected with her now.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team was one of the only reasons I stayed. They made working so much fun! We knew how to support each other and use our strengths to manifest the highest level of customer care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Benefits are lack luster for staff who work at Peets as full time or close to fill time. Workers are only seen for their labor and not their entireties by district managers who have never done work within the cafes. Leadership fails at the district level.
