We still are missing the overhead strike plate on our double patio doors and some weather stripping. THese are easy fixes but the Pellla service department does not respond to multiple requests by our builorder.

Broken new driveway. Damaged siding . Mis measured windows. Windows in rear not installed correctly . Ine been in limbo since may . Now ext rear windows in spring . Pella windowscwer the previos windows installed. Thought would be easy transition. Horrible sevice and install . Run
