Good for the most part. Seems out executive crew if to corporate based and not worried about the backbone of the company. Not happy with all of the changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont believe the company should be equal. They preach "one pella" when in reality theres a lot of skill levels within the company. I in particular work in mes and believe that all of us here are very skilled and should not be viewd as equal to domeone in a band 100 that works on a production line
