First day didnt give me orientation then just threw me on the floor eith no explaining or experience then the first week they called me in 7 days out if the week i get being on call but that shouldn't be ikay if i wanna go to church

Super helpful and get understanding then youre not gonna get everything oerfect right away

I dont want more money i just want a better team leader sailor has been very rude and disrespectful for no reason
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Most of them are nice i was going under a railing you had to lift up smd heard the sup i was following to drop it on my head bc my wrist was "soar" then tell me to sign a medical refusal but didn't tell me to go to the doctor or anything
