I like everyone on my line and my boss I just hate the company and HR.

Willing to listen and take suggestions seriously.
You can talk to them like a friend. They are very open and helpful. They don't act like they are better than everyone else.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, strategy, responsibility, transparency, knowledge
Apparently they are completely out of touch with exactly what is going on with production and how their employees are being on boarded OR they are aware and just don't care. Either way they are pushing away great, talented people because of this. You have to invest time in training people! Come on!
Treating associates with decency and respect.
Most of them are nice i was going under a railing you had to lift up smd heard the sup i was following to drop it on my head bc my wrist was "soar" then tell me to sign a medical refusal but didn't tell me to go to the doctor or anything
Get rid of everyone and start fresh, I truly believe a competency test should be administered.

Health insurance reasonable compared to others
Vacation because i negoitiated. 401k
Working from home. Flexibility of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We put in so much pride and value and just don't feel like any of it it means anything when you're treated the way you are sometimes especially when you know you work really hard and others just don't they can just walk off the line and leave . With our being releaved

They will offer you a high salary, then somehow mess it up and when you send them emails, they just lie.

Super helpful and get understanding then youre not gonna get everything oerfect right away

The people who are hired are suppose to have a college education, but that doesn't stop managers from hiring their friends who are uneducated and incompetent.
