Best call center I have ever worked at
Recently retired HR Director didn't talk to me in ten years but seems to have a lot to say about me around town - including our mutual acquaintance. I wish those asking for employment verification would realize that there are two sides to a story. I am encouraged that HR has a bit of new blood.
Great place to work. Compensation is excellent, the people are great, and the company puts a lot of real effort behind their values of sustainable energy, diversity, and getting power to underserved sectors of the community.

From the top down, managers and supervisors lack empathy. They see their employees as cogs in a machine--produce, produce, produce more, more, more with fewer employees.
