What are some of the best things about your team?
great committed people and very skilled and hard working
Our team is smart, curious, hard-working, and helpful. We have the best manager in the history of managers (super competent, focuses on accountability over blame and helps us improve rather than punishes us, and he's an amazing mentor, and hilarious). And we adore each other--nice chemistry.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings. Checking in every other week is taking away from my productivity. There's no respect for the experience that older employees have. Look at the high rate of long-term employees that are quitting. Follow up with those people. Why are they leaving?! Hostile work environment.
Busy doesn't mean productive. Helping and mentoring would be nice instead of the HR director watching people squirm and then say they need work on compromising.
