No respect for the people that keep this place going nobody cares

To much stress I work hard everyday do more then 12 hours a day me missing 4 staff workers so we doing double the work and they say they not hiring but when I have to go take my kids to the doctor in the morning they wanna complain even when I give them a doctor note

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I love what i do and i am thankful for the opportunity. The only downside is that they never promote the people that deserve it. I have a co-worker sits on his personal cell phone all day and watches tic toc videos and he is grtting a promption. I have another manager who cant do what he manages.
