Managers did not care and treated employees like they were not people. If they cared they quit. District manager did not care either. That whole place was a mess from the 5 stores I saw.

Hire more employees, team members and shift leads, and hire more managers and district managers
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For pressed they need to be more interactive and conversational. I left already. At my actual current company I am appreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued bc of the management team not caring enough to hear out its employees. My store did so much of the managers job and no one seemed to care that we did not want to do his job. When we spoke up we would get treated worse.
