Cut the minial "busy work" and unessesary checklists or at least give employees a realistic amount of time (and pay) to complete them.

For hire at management to actually do their jobs and not make their employees feel less than dirt or to make them feel like they are being forced out
Distract manager and all higher ups need to listen to what the employees are telling them rather then act like they care they need to actually care because if employees are not taken seriously there will be no employees to run the business
A whole new management team. Creating a warm environment for employees, in order for them to deliver the proper customer experience they want delivered.
