Team i work with is cool, Just the manager acts different with me in a bad way such as accusing me of stealing money and now playing with my hours if work, I feel this is Retaliation on his end.

Understanding life work balance for their employees
Actually understanding the day-to-day process of the storefront, dropping the mystery shops, communicating better when team members reach out with problems, finding immediate solutions to understaffing.
Better at training, supervision, and being upfront. They are full of empty promises too. My co workers all hated working here. Even had past workers come to me and say they hated working here and never been happier quitting

The leadership team should try to motivate their team in positive ways. The constant negativity and micromanaging is bad for morale.

I feel undervalued bc of the management team not caring enough to hear out its employees. My store did so much of the managers job and no one seemed to care that we did not want to do his job. When we spoke up we would get treated worse.
I learned that one of my co workers were on a different paying rate than others for the same exact position. Equality is not there and being way underpaid for the amount of work required. And highly understaffed but managers refuse to put more people at the front when customers complain we need help
