As someone who works in the store, it is an extremely easy job. The only thing is that instead of using the camera for safety, security, and for extenuating circumstances that would require them to be reviewed, they use the cameras at work to spy on the employees to micromanage your activities

My team feels like a family and we all look out for one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of my position, and that all of what I do is never enough in the eyes of all the people above me. I would feel better if there is more compassion, understanding, and appreciation for those in leadership positions.
