Could be better, I feel excluded and not sure if my work is appreciated or could be improved.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Since many of my coworkers are in high school it sometimes gets really clique-ish.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think my managers need to consider who they hire more seriously and have better communication with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working there over half a year and have yet to receive a performance review as promised. There's also no internal promotion as far as I can tell.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give us feedback on our work and get everyone on the same page as well. Sometimes I won't even know we're having a promotion until a customer tells me about it which is kind of embarassing...
