they are very polite and encouraging. they have positive energy and are very helpful while still being very kind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
hourly wage is great however there should be some sort of incentive bonus/commission structure when you sign someone up for a membership. even if its just a couple dollars i would feel more recognized and much more motivated!
