I was an employee at pressed and it was honestly the worst job ive had the district manager was a pervert he would watch us on camera and question why we would go to the bathroom, we were not allowed to take lunch or breaks even if we were scheduled to work a 10 hr shift
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt very undervalued because for the work i put out for the store i was constantly being singled out by the district manager for whatever reason he chose that day
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Distract manager and all higher ups need to listen to what the employees are telling them rather then act like they care they need to actually care because if employees are not taken seriously there will be no employees to run the business
