Profit before patient care , they only care about the dollar amount , a revolving door . No one stays with this company . Prime is used to gain 6months of experiece then jump ship . Its the worst family owned business . Run away from any Prime facilities

The leadership teams hired are not experienced atvsll & if they come across a good leader they quickly leave because tgey realize what tupe of company PRIME is ! The worst !!!! They cant keep good experienced staff
