The leadership teams hired are not experienced atvsll & if they come across a good leader they quickly leave because tgey realize what tupe of company PRIME is ! The worst !!!! They cant keep good experienced staff

Acknowledge input from your seasoned employees & professionals, rather than implementing changes outside of your individual expertise (and against constructive suggestions). Leadership tends to works backwards crating failed implementations which inevitably require major clean up and wasted time.
They have no idea how to lead their team.

In generally out local leadership is a great team, corporate leadership seems to be the problem. They need to spend less time creating policies and procedures and more time in the field with employees in order to better understand how those policies actually effect daily workflows.
