They want us to become leaders and win as much as they want to succeed themselves.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all support and work with each other, without any complaints. There is a very positive environment focused on developing ourselves and each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to be myself, determine my own hours and efforts, and meeting the most supportive/smart/kind people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. These people have become my family and we are all HAPPY to be at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all are excited to witness each other's personal growth, financial prosperity, and skill development. We work together and have only healthy competition -- there is no fighting for a promotion or compensation. We work for ourselves, but not by ourselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a conversation, not a test. It was about building a relationship and seeing if the fit worked for both parties. Not everyone is right for our company, but we will give almost anyone a chance to win here. It is a comfortable process - and since there are no employees, there's no "hiring."
