The team I work in is ver balanced in terms of professional-personal relationships. The culture seems to be quite decent and fair. It seems they really want to do what the employees want and try to balance it with whats reasonably achievable. I like that.

That it is positive due to the people and HR
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was discussion rather than an interview. the interviewer (now my manager) welcomed my questions and patiently answered them in detail (where required). I personally enjoyed the interview rounds.
