Lack of foresight into how to grow
Fire Adam Todd or atleast make him take accountability for his actions/inaction. I've contacted him directly several times as well as leaving a message with his secretary. Not once have I received a call back during the atleast 12 months if not more I've been reaching out. Very unprofessional.
First public company i have ever worked for that puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to treating their employees well and providing a work life balance and proper care of employee's mental health.
Competitors give more package to the fresh graduates and I joined with 4 years of experience not proper compensation no laptops & hardware provided they just expect employees to buy on their own.
