What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Integrity. Compassion. Tone from the top. Equal treatment. Meritocracy.
Very easy to talk to and down to earth. When I talk with them its usually because they're about to tell me something good for my career, so that's always fun.
at new hire training in Chicago the enrire C suite came to meet us and held an executive happy hour to have the opportunity to meet new hires individually and personally- its not everyday that a CEO/ COO/ CFO etc all take the time to meet new hires and have a genuine experience!

excellent mental health insurance benefits
Bonuses are excellent. The benefits are well rounded and pay is kept in line with the market
Bonus structure and payouts and competive base pay
Performance bonus being an incentive to be creative and grow the business

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Competitors give more package to the fresh graduates and I joined with 4 years of experience not proper compensation no laptops & hardware provided they just expect employees to buy on their own.
Just remove mediocrity and reward people for excellence.
I negotiated poorly at the time of hiring

I'm performing tasks that are two levels above my pay grade but being paid less than those who were in my position two years ago.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Kind and not pretentious and diverse.
Collaborative and cross functionally supportive, multidiscliplinary teams.
Very professional people with great talent and experience. I feel like they have my back and I have theirs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are not curious enough about their job they do whatever manager say and never curious enough to brainstorm on certain work or projects and never come up with new ideas just interested in doing repetitive tasks and they are happy with this thing.
One diversity and inclusion is important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People minded culture where you are free to be your authentic self.
Management seeks positive inspriation even when conveying news and facts that can be perceived as negative
Great people, freedom, no micro managing, remote work
We are a wonderfully diverse organization where everyone is valued, and we have a lot of growth opportunities. The company is large enough that anyone can grow here for their entire career

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everytime I come up with new ideas, manager just comes up with excuses no new learning involved every time I have been said we are very processed based org we can't provide you such projects at the level you're hired instead more focused on providing repetitive task. Process to Capability based
Pursue excellence and stop being mediocre. Good people always leave because they can't play the games. And the people who stay do the bare minimum. Very sad
What did you like most about the interview process?
Transparency of HR and the fact they made me feel valued and like a person.
The relaxed environment inviting to explore and express one's experience and expectations
It was discussion rather than an interview. the interviewer (now my manager) welcomed my questions and patiently answered them in detail (where required). I personally enjoyed the interview rounds.
There were 5 interviews, every interviewer was good, considerate, knowlegable.
