Management if they don't like you they will not put you on the schedule until you quit I started there a month ago they refused to put me back on the scheduled they won't call me they won't even let me know if I still have a job

Communication if they don't want somebody working for them they should not lead them on they should just say we don't want you here

Communication with coworkers is terrible management does not know how to deal with people it would get better if they would actually be straight with people on communication
