Employee wellbeing is not cared for. They olny care about numbers. Hot item variances, food cost, how much they make. Ive been told to open the store, no exceptions with three people. I had to work through ky break and they are ok with that as long as the store opens on time. I work mornings btw.

We all get along with each other.

Sometimes they show up and answer their phones.

Made me feel welcome and comfortable.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have no staff and are extremely busy. We don't get paid enough for the labor we go through everyday. Please send more people and a store manager.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need more support from corporate. Terribly understaffed and not receiving the correct pay or action to help keep store running. Everyone wants to quit. Havent been able to keep a single new hire. Shift leads work incredibly hard and sacrifice their breaks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been in training for shift lead since october. Recently got certified. Was not given keys, alarm code, new job title or pay. Was told to open the store without any of these resources. If i got the correct pay for the months of manager work ive done while working under team member status.
