Company offer very little but expectations are through the roof. You have to be employed for 1 year to receive healthcare benefits while generating 0 PTO. No holiday pay. HR never answers the phone and if they do your on hold for at least 20 mins. They don't do anything. Upper upper mgmt terrible

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Holiday pay or the removal of labor. Labor stats is a dead tactic if you have workers willing to work that brings $$ to the company give them OT. Loyalty is greater than quantity
