I am truly disturbed and very upset that I know it has been brought to my DM's attention that an Assistant Manager has had 7 girls complain about being sexually harassed by him and nothing was done about it. He still works for the company and was transferred to a different store. It discusses me.

Communication and they need to care about their employees and show it

Everything they don't care about their employees. All they care about is what they can get from you all while paying you as little as possible.
